Where is Kanna Town?
Kanna town is at the south-west end of Gunma Pref., Japan, with Fujioka City on its east, Shimonita Town and Nan-moku Village of Kanra County on its north, Ueno Village on its west, and Ogano Town in Chichibu County, Saitama Pref. on its south.
The town covers 114.19 square killometers, 90% of which is woods and forests. There are many steep and deep valleys since this area is surrounded by the 800 to 1500 meter high Kanto Mountains and divided by the Kanna River and its branches running from west to east.
The 0ld Nakasato Vill and Manba Town amalgamated on April 1, 2003 and it became Kanna Town.
